What this means is that these computers that have been assigned the IP numbers below have, at some stage, been compromised and have had malware downloaded onto them, that is forcing them to try and execute malicious scripts when accesssing websites such as FraudWatchers.

Athough this is done (usually) without the knowledge of the human owner of the computer, these compromises have been brought about in virtually all cases by either of the following:

a) accessing an underground pornography site - not a mainstream site that does comply with regulated standards, but a very shady site that usually deals with child pornography (this making the owners of these compromised computers probably pedophiles and definitely criminals). The malicious compromise takes effect when the computer owner deliberately clicks on a link to download images from this site, thus knowingly participating in criminal activities.

b) accessing what is commonly known as a "warez" site - one that illegally deals in and distributes pirated software - again, the compromise is effected when the computer owner who is browsing this illegal site deliberately clicks the download link to obtain illicit goods.

If your IP number is listed below, then you (or another user of your computer) most likely have participated in illegal activities and you are a criminal. We will not remove your IP address from our banned list until you can convince the Administration (and probably your ISPs) that you are both clean, and legitimate.
